Early Miscarriage and Semen Abnormalities
Semen abnormalities, whether low sperm count, poor motility, or a high proportion of abnormally shaped sperm, are known causes of delayed conception and infertility. It has not been proven that semen abnormalities are directly associated with recurrent miscarriages. Therefore, there is no need to perform semen analysis or sperm DNA testing in cases of recurrent miscarriage.
